“What a game. Football at its best. What a spectacle. When you have seven goals, somebody must have made a mistake, probably. It’s pretty rare you see that many goals in a game. For us, it’s clear we left space for improvement in our defending, but that’s not completely unusual for a first game of the season. We should have done better, but if an opponent forces you to make mistakes - and Leeds were here for that - then it can happen and it happened tonight. We will do better but offensively and in possession, I loved a lot of moments in the game.”

Mamelodi Sundowns boss Pitso Mosimane didn’t have much to say after landing the 13th trophy of his career as a coach in the Nedbank Cup final on Saturday. He is far and away the most successful coach in PSL history.
"Playing without fans is like going to the circus and not seeing clowns, it’s like going to the garden and not seeing flowers."
